General Terms and Conditions

These FEops General Terms and Conditions shall regulate the entire agreement between the Customer and FEops NV (“FEops”), located at Technologiepark-Zwijnaarde 122, 9052 Gent, Belgium (VAT BE 0817.146.806, info@feops.com) for the delivery of the Services as defined herein. All Order Documents, and agreements arising thereof, are made subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Customer agrees that any request, acceptance or making use of any Services shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
